Thank you for considering Kinked and Curled for your install!

What is the booking process?

You will be asked to fill out a short form as a part of the consultation process. Once you have chosen a style and paid your deposit we will reach out via text/email within 24 hours of your booking to finalize your style choices. 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive the exact address, stylist's phone number and a final confirmation of the details of your style. On the morning of your scheduled appointment (time permitting) we will connect via text about the appointment details and any last minute reminders.

What payment methods do you accept? When is the full amount due?

We currently accept Cash and Cash App as our payment methods, and the full price of the install (less deposit, if any) is due at the end of your appointment. Please make arrangements to have your payment ready before arriving for your appointment.

Where are you located?

I currently serve my clients from my townhouse in South Charlotte, about 15 minutes from Uptown. I will confirm the exact address during our text/email check-in.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

You may request a reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate. Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new appointment as long as the new appointment is within 30 days.

Do you provide the hair?

Hair is provided for select styles. Check the description on your preferred style to see if hair is included. Let's discuss the best options for you during your consultation.

How long does an installation take?

Your install will be 2-10 hours depending on your preferred install.

What do I need to do to my hair before my install?

You will need to make sure your hair is completely stretched and fully detangled before your install. We do not provide washing, drying or detangling services. You run the risk of losing your appointment time and deposit if your hair is not ready for install when you arrive.

Can I adjust my style (length, color, size) before my appointment?

Any adjustments must be made 48 hours before install date and are made at the stylist's schedule and hair availability.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately, we do not allow guests at this time. Children under 18 may be accompanied by a single parent/guardian that may stay for the duration of the appointment.
